Strict compliance of specifications

Our company totally assumes the responsibility for the quality and all the components, even though not all the components had been manufactured by us. Hence, we follow a strict process for the selection and incorporation of new suppliers; as well as a documented procedure for the materials reception in our incoming inspection area..

We have schemes of blanket purchase orders which benefit our clients as prices can be fixed by a given period of time and they have a safety inventory in our facilities, so their customers demand peaks can be covered.

At ISA, we have a dimensional metrology department with measurement equipment oriented to guarantee all our products strictly adhere to clients’ specifications through timely execution of a calibration and verification program of all the company instruments.

  • Previous to the production start-up of any new project, we carry out a feasibility analysis in which we check if the instruments are in our inventory.
  • To control the critical dimensions of every new product
  • If it’s not the case, we consider to purchase them to manufacture the initial samples that will be sent to the client for inspection and release.
